I think Dana White is absolutely correct about HBO's production values on the actual shows. But they do a much better job of building up their big fights than UFC does. Just compare the 24/7 shows for the past Pacuaio-De La Hoya or really any of the 24/7s they have done to what the UFC does on Spike. HBO is at a completely different level.

The other problem with teh big boxing events is that they have all squash matches on the undercard. UFC tries, and usually succeds in having competitive matches from top to bottom.
